– Valid for selected dates from 1st May to 30th September 2026.
– The experience may be cancelled if it is too cold, too wet, or too windy, as these conditions are not suitable for the bees.
– If the experience is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled.
– This experience involves working closely with live bees. While every precaution is taken to minimise the risk of stings, it cannot be guaranteed that you won’t be stung. If you have a severe allergy to bee stings, you are strongly advised against booking. 
– All participants must sign a waiver before taking part.
– Selected dates from the 1st May to the 30th September.
– Suitable for children over 3ft 8 in height (to be able to reach the hives).
– Under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
– The apiary is located in a rural setting and requires walking a short distance over open fields to reach it.
– The experience is run from a cafe, called Canalside cafe, Kildwick.
